HTML Working Group Rechartered

W3C is pleased to announce the rechartering of the HTML Working Group through August 2004. The group seeks to fulfill the promise of XML for applying XHTML to a wide variety of platforms. It supports rich Web content, combining XHTML with W3C work in areas such as math, scalable vector graphics, synchronized multimedia, and forms.
