DOM Level 2 HTML Proposed Recommendation Published

The Document Object Model (DOM) Working Group has published DOM Level 2 HTML as a W3C Proposed Recommendation. DOM Level 2 HTML is a platform- and language-neutral interface that allows programs and scripts to dynamically access and update the content and structure of HTML 4.01 and XHTML 1.0 documents.
