XML Schema Proposed Recommendation Updated

The XML Schema Working Group has updated the XML Schema Proposed Recommendation, restoring the name 'decimal' to one datatype. XML schemas provide a superset of the capabilities found in XML document type definitions (DTDs). The specification is in three parts: Part 0, Part 1, and Part 2.
