XML Schema: Formal Description Working Draft Published

The XML Schema Working Group has released an updated Working Draft of XML Schema: Formal Description. Based on the syntax in XML Schema Part 1: Structures, the formalization is a declarative system for describing and naming XML Schema information, specifying XML instance type information, and validating instances against schemas.
