XML Blueberry Requirements Working Draft Published

The XML Core Working Group has published the first public Working Draft of XML Blueberry Requirements. The draft lists the design principles and requirements for a revision of XML 1.0 being developed to address Unicode character set and line ending issues. Comments are welcome.
