User Agent Accessibility Guidelines Become a W3C Candidate Recommendation

W3C is pleased to announce the advancement of the User Agent Accessibility Guidelines 1.0 (UAAG) to Candidate Recommendation. This document provides guidelines for designing user agents that lower barriers to Web accessibility for people with visual, hearing, physical, and cognitive disabilities.
