CSS3 module: Cascading and Inheritance Working Draft Published

The CSS Working Group has published a first Working Draft of CSS3 module: Cascading and inheritance. Part of Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) Level 2 rewritten as a module for CSS Level 3, the draft describes how values are assigned to properties using the cascade mechanism, inheritance, and initial values.
