CSS3 module: Backgrounds Working Draft Published

The CSS Working Group has released the first Working Draft of CSS3 module: Backgrounds. Part of the Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) language Level 3, this module describes backgrounds such as background colors and background images that are used to render HTML and XML documents.
