Canonical XML Becomes a W3C Recommendation

W3C today released Canonical XML Version 1.0 as a W3C Recommendation. The specification is stable, and has been reviewed by the W3C Membership, who favors its adoption by academic, industry, and research communities. With XML Signature, Canonical XML can ensure the integrity of data traveling between XML processors, crucial in applications like electronic commerce.
