Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) Candidate Recommendation Updated

The SVG Working Group has re-issued the Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) 1.0 Candidate Recommendation. The new draft reflects minor changes to the specification and editorial updates resulting from implementation feedback.
