Our digitalised world is full of data that transform into personally, socially, scientifically, or commercially meaningful information, when properly presented as linked data. The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Finnish Office and Tampere University of Technology (TUT) organise a technology and science symposium on October 3, 2012 that presents the state of the art development and research around Linked Data. The program of the day includes a keynote by the distinguished W3C expert Dr. Michael Hausenblas, and invited expert presentations on various applied research and technology topics.
