understanding the difficulties experienced with Description Logics
Posted on:I am looking for people to spend 15 minutes with a study into the difficulties experienced understanding and reasoning with DLs. See http://people.kmi.open.ac.uk/warren/
All responses will be anonymised and only aggregate results will be published.
Everyone who has participated so far has found the experiences interesting 🙂
Many thanks,
Paul Warren
Many thanks to all those of you who took part in my recent Description Logic study, available at: http://people.kmi.open.ac.uk/warren/
I would still very much appreciate more participants for the study, and am leaving it open until Tuesday 5th May. For those of you who have not yet taken a look, it is in four sections, each of which can be done independently and should take between 10 and 15 minutes. There is no need to know anything about Description Logics, everything you need to know is explained.
For those of you who have done one or two of the sections, but not all, it would be really good if you could have a look at the other sections as well.
The aim of the study is to understand the difficulties people have with Description Logic and the goal of the work is to propose techniques to reduce those difficulties. Work of this nature is entirely dependent on participants, so all your help is really appreciated.
