Comments on v 0.4 of the spec
PubSubHubbub needs to evolve and be less coupled with RSS/Atom feeds (read support arbitrary content), as well as allow for private (limited distribution) resources.
Here are the comments I wrote about that and how to fix both issues. I’d really love to have your comments on the latest version of the spec.

hello julien, thanks for resuming this work. is there any way to better check the differences wrt 0.3. either as text diffs (better) or through a dedicated changelog section? that would also help providing feedback.
