Call for Participation in ETL Markup Language Community Group

The ETL Markup Language Community Group has been launched:


This group is to discuss requirements for an open standard for describing ETL projects, including project structure, sequencing, data flow transformations, data source connectors, for the purpose of transporting ETL projects between commercial and open source ETL tools.


In order to join the group, you will need a W3C account.

This is a community initiative. This group was originally proposed on 2013-09-03 by Michael Walker. The following people supported its creation: Michael Walker, Bongani Mbatha, Hamza Triki, Phillip Higgins, yogesh surendran, Christoph Schroeder. W3C’s hosting of this group does not imply endorsement of its activities.
