This is a page from the Cascading Style Sheets Working Group Blog. Some other places to find information are the “current work” page, the www-style mailing list, the Future of CSS syndicator, and the issue list on Github.
Do you want to know how the CSS WG works? Fantasai has written about:csswg, An Inside View of the CSS Working Group at W3C.
In response to the CSSWG resolution, Bert just published a public copy of the CSS2.1 Editor’s Draft on the W3C website.
Most of the resolutions from the CSS2.1 Issues list are reflected in this document, but not all. It will in general be somewhat behind the issues list. It will match the published errata, however. It essentially provides an easier-to-read document that combines the latest official Working Draft with the latest published errata.
We expect the editor’s draft to make life easier for developers and testers working with the CSS2.1 spec, and hope that the official draft will be ready to republish soon.
