Informed Agreement

Sites make proposals to users. The P3P proposal includes practice declarations related to:

• purpose, recipients, identifiable use, access

as well as information related to

• assurance, retention, and changing the agreement in the future.

Once a proposal is agreed to,

• interactions at that site must be in compliance with the agreement.
