My recollection from the telcon (http://www.w3.org/mid/1713277589.20100309170548@w3.org) is that this relates only to the list of publications since the last AC. Charter, chartered dates, staff contacts and chairs are already automatic. (And test suites, workhops, WG priorities and other information probably can't be added automatically.)
