C. Bee found his multiclient server would run for a while and then mysteriously
crash. It turned out that this was due to its running out of quotas: it would
crash when the number of connections held at one time was too high. The quotas
which needed to be raised to allow more connections at one time were:

	BIOLM	I/O buffer limit
	ASTLM	AST limit
	FILNM	file channel limit
