<lofton> we want to go on record as approving/endorsing the content of:
<lofton> http://www.w3.org/Graphics/WebCGM/WG/2007/errata-20/webcgm20-errata-20070307.html
<lofton> (contingent upon the placement of the DTD file attached to,
<lofton> http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-webcgm-wg/2007Mar/0005.html,
<lofton> at the link [7] in the errata document.)
<thierry> http://www.w3.org/2005/10/REC-SMIL21-20051010-errata.html
resolution: The styling conventions in the
header of the errata will be applied to the errata document
... The final section of the errata will be changed from proposed resolution
to WG approved resolution and will have a link to these minutes
... add editoral error to the title of the errata.
thierry: we also need to change the data from Feb to Mar
lofton: with these changes and contingencies, does everyone approve? [yes]
<thierry> [2] http://lists.w3.org/Archives/Member/chairs/2007JanMar/0115
<lofton> (...chairs errata discussion)
<lofton> TM: SMIL experience... amount of work that the WG/editors need to do is not too bad, but the required process steps take a lot of time.
<lofton> TM: how to publicize errata?
<lofton> Announce it on the WG's public list.
<lofton> Give AI to Dave to liaise to aerospace "cascading" communities (when it's all done).
<thierry> and I could add a link on the WebCGM Wg page
Next meeting will be three weeks from today - (29 March 2007)
<davec> Next OASIS TC f2f meeting is tentatively scheduled for week of May 21 in Scotland (either Glasgow or Loch Lomond)
<davec> suggested that we invite Thierry and Chris as technical experts
