I am trying to debug a webpage using Internet Explorer 8 on a Macbook Pro running OSX 10.7.5. I also run Parallels on this machine and am running the browser in Parallels.  When I click on the Options button, nothing happens

The additional options are not available in IE8 and earlier. The mechanism for providing those options depends on some JavaScript that IE8 does not support.
