Validator is constantly unavailable for checking online websites. Messages such as the following are always appearing, even if it is the first request from the user. Service Temporarily Unavailable The bwshare module will refuse your requests for the next 13 seconds. You have made too many requests per second. Apache/2.2.4 (Debian) mod_bwshare/0.2.0 Server at validator.w3.org Port 80

The validator has been using the "bwshare" module, which helps throttle request rate to make sure that noone blatantly abuses the validator > even if it is the first request from the user. That's abnormal, perhaps you are behind a (corporate or ISP) proxy? In any case, I just switched off this module, as indeed it seemed to block legitimate users more often than it should. We'll keep investigating for other mechanisms to make sure the free, shared service remains well shared, and free.
