Constraint "Simple Type Definition Properties Correct" [1] currently reads "All of the following must be true: ... ... 4 There must not be more than one member of {facets} of the same kind." Given that "must" already appears in the intro text, "must" in clause 4 should be recasted to something like "4 There are no two members of {facets} that share the same kind." Good catch. I've made the necessary correction (s/must not be/is not/) in the XML source, as part of a miscellaneous collection of editorial changes (currently labeled as diff group 'ep99'). This bug should be marked RESOLVED when that proposal is accepted.
At the January f2f, WG identified this bug as having already been fixed.
For the record, the change was part of editorial proposal EP 19 and was approved 27 July 2007.
