Namely K-SeqSUMFunc-24 through K-SeqSUMFunc-26, K-SeqAVGFunc-32, K-SeqAVGFunc-33 tests contain the following expression: xs:anyURI("a string") I suppose that one of the possible expected results must be FORG0001 for these test cases due to "a string" is not valid URI.
*** Bug 4051 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. ***
I think that if you carefully read the definition of the xs:anyURI data type in XML Schema Part 2 you will see that this string is indeed a valid instance of the type. (Not an official response)
(In reply to comment #2) Thank you for your answer. Yes, according to XML Schema it is not bug. I close it.
