In section 4.15, Function Declaration, the final bullet after the 5th paragraph is: - http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-datatypes Also, in Appendix F, Error Conditions, this namespace URI is used in the following definition: err:XQST0045 It is a static error if the function name in a function declaration is in one of the following namespaces: http://www.w3.org/XML/1998/namespace, http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema, http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance, http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions, http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-datatypes. I believe that this namerspace URI should be removed from both of these locations.
