This query assumes that $dem:cause-dynamic-error is evaluated. We permit the value of a map key-value pair to be evaluated lazily. I suggest modifying the query to access the value of $dem:cause-dynamic-erro returned via the "variables" member of the map. <test-case name="fn-load-xquery-module-012"> <description>Checks that a dynamic error caused when fn:load-xquery-module processes a module is returned as is.</description> <created by="Adam Retter" on="2015-02-01"/> <modified by="Debbie Lockett" on="2015-05-11" change="Added module element"/> <modified by="Michael Kay" on="2015-07-13" change="Mixing timezones is no longer an error; added new dynamic error"/> <module uri="http://www.w3.org/fots/fn/load-xquery-module/dynamic-error/module" file="load-xquery-module/dynamic-error-module.xqm"/> <test>fn:load-xquery-module("http://www.w3.org/fots/fn/load-xquery-module/dynamic-error/module")</test> <result> <error code="FOAR0001"/> </result> </test-case>
