1. "If a language is described as an extension or XPath" Typo s/or/of. 2. I hate to revisit this troubled water but it is not clear why we are referring to RFC 2119 if we then go on to the terms MUST, MAY, SHOULD ourselves. 3. I think the term SHOULD is defined but never used.

Thanks. I fixed the typo and conditionally removed SHOULD from XPath. However, I did not remove the definitions since I am not familiar with the troubled waters you mentioned and the definitions appear consistent with the RFC. If you are unsatisfied with this, please reopen the bug and I will leave it for Jonathan who may be more familiar with the history here.
