The expected results of the tests format-time-021 and format-time-022 are implementation specific. e.g format-time-021 is: format-time(xs:time('09:15:06.456'),"[Pn]/[PNn]/[PN]") and expects the result 'pm/Pm/PM'. Please could the alternative result 'p.m./P.M./P.M.' be added here? And similarly 'a.m./A.M./A.M.' for format-time-022. (Recall that, from 9.8.4.4 of F&O31, "The choice of the names and abbreviations used in any given language is ·implementation-defined·" So it's hard to write tests when the presentation modifier is N|n|Nn.)
Proposed alternate results are OK with me. > ...implementation-defined·" So it's hard to write tests Yes, but many format-* tests are in this boat.
Alternative results added as proposed.
