Created attachment 1617 [details] Despite all efforts to log in to a site, and reporting it to them, this comes up and I can't fix it
Using Chrome OS, bogus updates were sent/installed. Their site was updated or so they said. What can I do on my chrome to to update it/program it. What am I missing?

But if you don't have access that Web server environment or don't know somebody who does, then you can't get around that error.
