1.6.4 Properties of functions in the unnumbered subsection: Context-dependent functions fall into a number of categories: list item 2 says in part: *** [Definition] A function is focus-dependent if its result depends on the focus (that is, the context item, position, or size). *** That is the only definition of "focus" in the draft and it is an aside in the defining of "focus-dependent." Shouldn't "focus" have its own definition?
The term "focus" in F+O should be linked to its definition in section 2.1.2 of the XPath 3.1 spec. Thanks for pointing it out.
I have applied this editorial change.
