The definition for "usage intersection" (
https://dvcs.w3.org/hg/webcrypto-api/raw-file/ee10c81e1141/spec/Overview.html#concept-usage-intersection ) defines "usage intersection" as a concept over two arrays.

This is misleading/incorrect, as the usage intersection is conducted over two IDL sequences.
