if that doesn't clutter the interface too much, add links to the documented
options a la http://www.w3.org/Search/Mail/Public/

Targetting 0.7.0; Olivier, will you be able to look into this for 0.7.0?
"Accept" the bug if so, otherwise remove blocker and bump to a future target.

Actually http://validator.w3.org/detailed.html already has a HELP link for options explanation, and I got 
some feedback that this was enough and that adding a link for each option was not necessary, if not 
harmful.

I'm "Accept"ing the bug, but tempted to mark it closed given the above.
