MinimalConformance:Expressions:Construct:ComputeCon:ComputeConElem:Constr-compelem-compname-1 expects an error err:XQDY0074, but the query is "element {()} {'text'}" and the correct error is err:XPTY0004 ("If the result of atomization is not a single atomic value of type xs:QName, xs:string, or xdt:untypedAtomic, a <file:///C:/users/alby/XQuery%201.0%20%20An%20XML%20Query%20Language%20-%202005%20-%204%20April.htm#dt-type-error>type error is raised [<file:///C:/users/alby/XQuery%201.0%20%20An%20XML%20Query%20Language%20-%202005%20-%204%20April.htm#ERRXPTY0004>err:XPTY0004]"); also Constr-compelem-compname-2, Constr-compelem-compname-3, Constr-compelem-compname-4 and Constr-compelem-compname-5 (the expression for the name returns 2 items); Constr-compelem-compname-6 and Constr-compelem-compname-7 instead have numeric or date values for the name. The error err:XQDY0074 should be used only for strings that are not valid QNames
