This test expects an XSLT error code, but doesn't state a dependency on XSLT. A variant of this test is required for XP30+/XQ30+.

These tests should work with XPath 3.0 as well as XSLT. In the current draft of F+O, the original XSLT error codes have been replaced by FO error codes; these new error codes have yet to be reflected in the test cases.
But format-integer in http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/qtspecs/specifications/xpath-functions-30/html/Overview.html#func-format-integer doesn't raise any errors.
