Fron: http://www.w3.org/XML/Group/qtspecs/specifications/xpath-functions-30/html/Overview.html#func-path "For an attribute node: if the node is in no namespace, @{local}, where {local} is the local part of the node name" Shouldn't this therefore be just @idref that is, <assert-string-value>/"http://www.w3.org/2010/09/qt-fots-catalog":test-set[1]/"http://www.w3.org/2010/09/qt-fots-catalog":link[1]/@idref</assert-string-value> <test-case name="path005"> <description>path() applied to no-namespace attribute</description> <created by="Michael Kay" on="2011-06-08"/> <environment ref="pathdata"/> <test>fn:path((//@idref)[1])</test> <result> <all-of> <assert-string-value>/"http://www.w3.org/2010/09/qt-fots-catalog":test-set[1]/"http://www.w3.org/2010/09/qt-fots-catalog":link[1]/@"":idref</assert-string-value> <assert-type>xs:string</assert-type> </all-of> </result> </test-case>
