if the validator comes accross a response.redirect (ASP code) it stops validation of the current page and instead validates the target page of the response.redirect.
Can you provide an URL that demonstrates this behaviour?
the a.asp file (see URL) has a response.redirect to default.asp result in validator: Note:The URL you gave me, <http://www.theprofoundone.com/a.asp>, returned a redirect to <http://www.theprofoundone.com/default.asp?page=Home>.
The ASP code "response.redirect" causes the server to emit a "302 Moved" HTTP status code; i.e. it issues a redirect. That the Validator follows this redirect is a feature not a bug.
well i its a feature that should be optional.. this way i cant completely verify the pages i'm making because almost every page uses at least one redirect..
