Although an error is specified for duplicate decimal format names (or duplicate defaults), there's no indication of any error if the multiple property-value pairs allowed within a single decimal format declaration are duplicates. For example, should this not be described as an error? declare default decimal-format decimal-separator = "." decimal-separator = ","
The Working Group agrees. We will define such an error.
