We could address this by adding .offsetX and .offsetY attributes to the CanvasPattern object.

Proposal has been updated to instead just have the transformation matrix methods on CanvasPattern.
New plan: the ability to set an SVGMatrix on the pattern, either on creation or later. Any opinions?
