each participant is reviewing resources from our Github: https://
we are reviewing these to glean dimensions, proof points / evidence, maturity stages, and manners of assessment
Jen needed clarification on how the W3C works with the accepted forms of process tools: frameworks, models, and theories. The guidelines / standards the W3C creates can be seen as frameworks.
Frameworks provide overarching structure (guidelines or rules) that facilitates the development of something more.
Models explore methodology, as in maturity models that provide a methodology for assessment.
Theories are not really used at W3C, as we don't attempt to predict outcomes or explore hypotheses.
