Meeting minutes

[new] aria#2357 create repository for PDF-AAM work

pkra: only added this to check that the editors get added to this list.

daniel: yes, I'll do that.

persent+ jnurthen

pkra: great.

[needs reviews] aria #2133: respec dark mode

pkra: it has a PR. I had reviewed it. It's now working at least. Can we merge?

jnurthen: yes.

spectranaut_: yes.

jnurthen: bugs can then come up

pkra: great.

[needs reviews] aria #2312 / #2318 / PR #2321: PR naming/labelling convention

pkra: last week's regular meeting we discuss this can only be checked if merged. And it has reviews

jamesn: yes. it was broken. I think this will fix it.
… it worked the first time around, then it failed, then I couldn't fix it. Not sure.

pkra: I reviewed, Mel as well. I think let's merge.

daniel: sounds good to me.

jamesn: the paths seemed to be the problem in the original approach.

daniel: I could test on my fork if we want to be sure

jamesn: that's a good idea. Then again, it's currently broken so it won't break more.

pkra: sounds good.
… assigned to daniel.

aria #2238 / PR #2288: Fix commit log for specs with monorepo

jamesn: I've made progress. It's mostly working in my branch but not main spec yet.
… but I had that working at some point. hopefully I'll remember.

[merge?] aria #2294 / PR #2307: Prettier throws errors on PRs opened from forks

pkra: this seems merged.
… is it fixed?

jamesn: I think so

pkra: and we have the prettier config file now.
… I need to get to the aria spec.

aria #2287: Add ReSpec aliasing clarity in README.me's "Editorial Documentation" section

rahim: haven't got around to it yet.

aria #2286: Prettier removed a line break from a pre-formatted code example

pkra: can we close this now?
… this should've been resolved via the addition of the prettier config file

jamesn: +1

aria #2231: [peter] turn on automatic prettier formatting for ARIA spec

pkra: I haven't had the time.

[status?] aria #2242: Netlify to replace pr-review

pkra: was this completed?

daniel: almost.
… status and URL changes remains open.
… there's a link to my fork.
w3c/aria#2242 (comment)

pkra: what should we do to test?

daniel: open all links generated by the cross reference script.
… i.e., links to other specs should point to relative positions in netlify staging area.
… there's a PR.

pkra: this one ? w3c/aria#2325
… oh, I had reviewed it.
… should we ask jcraig for review?

jamesn: +1

[1 to go] aria #2228: re-direct "moved" PRs after merge (html-aam left with 1 PRs)

rahim: I had tried but had to leave it for scotto
… I'll talk to him later this week.

pkra: great!

aria PR #2136 [james] Remove abbr elements

jamesn: will need to find time.

pkra: spectranaut_had suggested moving away from Monday.

jamesn: maybe Tuesday? It's WCAG but nobody is on there as well?

daniel: that sounds good.

spectranaut_: +1

rahim: that should mostly work.
… oh, accessibility interop every other week.

spectranaut_: could we do second&fourth week?

daniel: would need 2 different meetings but will work

jamesn: sounds god.

pkra: I'll write to the group on the new time.

daniel: I'll set up the invites.
