Group believes our first H2 "Content Details" is not our best handle

… call this H2, "Relevant Patterns"
… under Relevant Patterns will be "6.2.1 Having Sufficient Knowledge & Skills"
janina: The next section, "6.2.2 My Site, Their Service" can also move under this new H2 in the Intro

Chris: It could be helpful to have hastags to make some of these concepts more discoverable on social media
