Issue 240 Update
Russell: We are discussing essentially Unicode becoming steward of the registry
… not sure this would be sufficiently 'normative'
janina: Next step for Adapt is to close this issue with WHAT WG.
… We do not expect Issue 240 to have an internal definitive closure, we can document the consensus process relating to the issue in W3C, and at some point we will close this issue
