Github Issues 43, 78, 85, 102, 103, 104 (Usability doc feedback) – Look at Procurement Dimension
<CharlesL> Pull request: w3c/
<gb> Pull Request 207 Updated "Communications" section (usability doc) (by swinehartganderson)
Stacey: Fixed the Github desktop issue with Charles, put in the first pull request. Will send each dimension updates as individual pull requests.
Fazio: Can we add for all dimensions for the Evaluation section that was added (since we removed the term "outcome" but kept the outcome descriptors..."the level is [insert stage name like Inactive] if proof points demonstrate that:"
Janina: can we replace "if" with "when"?
<Fazio> The level is <b>Inactive</b> if:</p>
<Fazio> <ul>
<Fazio> <li>no effort has been made or only isolated efforts have been identified.</li>
<Fazio> </ul>
<Fazio> <p>The level is <b>Launch</b> if:</p>
<Fazio> <ul>
<Fazio> <li>some plans are in place to make internal and external communications accessible (and compliant with accessibility regulations, where applicable), but those plans haven't materialized into a cohesive roadmap</li>
<Fazio> <li>plans are in place to provide training on accessible communications knowledge and skills relevant to each individual's position.</li>
<Fazio> </ul>
Jeff: "Your proof point is in this stage when it's in this level"
Fazio: that's the same thing
<Fazio> The level is <b>Inactive</b> if:</p>
<Fazio> <ul>
<Fazio> <li>no effort has been made or only isolated efforts have been identified.</li>
<Fazio> </ul>
<Fazio> <p>The level is Launch when your proof points demonstrate that:
<Fazio> <ul>
<Fazio> <li>some plans are in place to make internal and external communications accessible (and compliant with accessibility regulations, where applicable), but those plans haven't materialized into a cohesive roadmap</li>
<Fazio> <li>plans are in place to provide training on accessible communications knowledge and skills relevant to each individual's position.</li>
<Fazio> </ul>
<CharlesL> (This pasted above doesn't include David's suggested changes.)
Fazio: let's focus on the structure doc updates, then come back and update content after/edit and tighten the content for the level definitions
Stacey: My goal for finishing the pull requests is by next meeting
Charles: I'm just helping with Github issues, she's doing all the work. For pull request, add in what changes are made (like the content update) and add a re-request to review. Push update to existing pull request. In website say "re-review for Charles"
Maturity Model Scoring Subgroup Update
Jeff: no updates on scoring
<gb> /issues/154 -> #154
Jeff: do we want to use the update draft excel spreadsheet into the web and delete the drafts folder?
Charles: I'll put in the spreadsheet link separate from Stacey's updates/pull requests
Github Issue #154 Section 3.3.1: can a measure of support effectiveness be included?
<CharlesL> w3c/
<gb> Issue 154 Section 3.3.1: can a measure of support effectiveness be included? (by jasonjgw)
<Fazio> Github Issue #154 Section 3.3.1: can a measure of support effectiveness be included?
Jeff: in each dimension, there's a goal for establishing goals or metrics
Fazio: a proof point may or may not apply...should it be with outcomes?
Jeff: I think it's a proof point, a global one that goes in every dimension.
Fazio: outcomes defines what stage. Which stage would that proof point apply to?
Jeff: all. it's a maturity level.
Fazio: how say it is required for each dimension?
Jeff: metrics are established and tracked to improve all aspects of this dimension...
Stacey: Stacey will add a comment in #154 on a proposed structure for adding in establishing goals and outcomes.
Fazio: to Jeff's point, I think I align. In 3.2.1.1 proof point for knowledge and skills...do we want to follow this or have it in the stages? "Knowledge and skills may include, but not limited to..."
Fazio: we should invite Jason to discuss
