Ege: each column is a work item state and not a category
Kaz: we need to update the link to the example project in the policy document

Ege: reviews the demo/starting work items in the github Project and demonstrates state changes and label tracking

Mahda: we may make it more modular going forward
Ege: we should all become more knowledgeable on linkml
Luca: we should report handling of @type, @id in linkml nnot escaping "@"
Mahda: I'm making a list of issues we can report and discuss with linkml developers
Kaz: we still need to install some administrative files for contributors, e.g., CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, LICENSE.md and w3c.json

Ege: we will add more information and pointers to linkml information
Daniel: can we move this repo into the official W3C repository structure? The temporary repo will cause extra work
Ege: we will try to preserve the history
Luca: this repo is for experimentation
Daniel: it could also be in a branch
Luca: we don't want to add a lot of extra commit history
Daniel: in a branch we can squash commits
Luca: we can replicate commits we want to keep to the official tree
Cristiano: is the project folder for the code generation? Is there a better name like output?
Luca: it's the linkml default name
Ege: we will fix this later
Kaz: agree with using a temporary repo for experimentation when there are a lot of changes
