thanks Janina for change
jason: reviewed document, few sentences in Seciton 1 that could do with some changes
will work on it over next few days
ready for publishinbg soon
janina: agree ready for updated WD
agree for a re more editoral passes before wide review, just update draft for now
but close
RESOLUTION: RQTF requests APA publishes an updated working draft of Collaboration Tools Accessibility User Requirements (CTAUR)
great work Jason and Janina
janina: David's summary is a great summary of COGA issues, their posiiton and our position
let's use this as primary source for COGA meeting
need to thin about best way to handle for meeting, may be best to ask them to read latest editors draft
jason: one approach - close issues tha tneed clsoign, ask to come back as to why editors draft hasnt' addressed them
janina: also good to note which edits were partially addressed
will conisder if additional terms need to be added to glossary
Immersive captions.
<Raja_Kushalnagar> The immersive captions community group wants to publish it as a Community Group Final Report. This would show that it is completed work being transferred to the APA, rather than a draft. The URI of the document wouldn't change, and they think all that is needed is a last check from the people who developed it. If people can review it this month we could make an decision on the republication at the next meeting.
raja: to summarise:
entire group met, were in suport
but want to convert froma drft ot the final version in two weeks
dono't have to be as involved - they will make those revisions
<Raja_Kushalnagar> https://
janina: no problem in URI,
however if we publishe as W3C Not ther would be an addiitonal URI
in the W3.org/TR address
also by moving to W3C nNote, invite feedback and round of concensus building
then RQTF reivew
then APA formal process
to progress, can take up in RQTF in parallel
raja: yes
janina: will seek formal approval from APA to take up as a WG Note
