Miscellaneous topics from TPAC 2023.
janina: adapt has a spec for AAC symbols support and are proposing a registry for Bliss symbols. The Bliss symbols are also being added to Unicode so there is a further discussion and resolution required there.
janina: a larger requirement for well-known URIs covering a broader range of topics has emerged
