fuqiao: have been working on gap analysis doc for korean

<xfq> https://www.w3.org/International/klreq/gap-analysis/

fuqiao: because we didn't have one
… here is a preliminary draft
… mostly has the issues the common issues for cjk languages\
… or for most languages
… but maybe there are some specific issues

addison: didn't we have a doc?

fuqiao: it's an lreq. this is gap analysis

richard: fixing the code we were talking about last week
… chinese went from 8 gaps to 23
… also added (fumbles in desk drawer for a doc....)

<r12a> https://www.w3.org/International/afrlreq/gap-analysis/nkoo-gap

richard: colored bars show least common denominator for that section

richard: N'Ko fonts, when you have headings
… headings are not joined even though the script is cursive
… Adlam is like that too. Adlam has two fonts: joined and unjoined
… but N'Ko didn't have
… not only is there a new unjoined Noto font, but also bold versions
… there three fonts to write N'Ko, Noto, @@ and Kigalia
… progress!

richard: just had a bug fixed by Gecko, if you typed Adlam for N'Ko and typed a "?"
… character exists in the font
… but fell back. also a problem for like e.g. Syriac
… lots of indic scripts that use danda and double-danda from Deva script
… all been fixed now, but not sure when reached production

richard: one more
… the ij in Dutch. If you uppercase or lowercase. But if you had Ij it shouldn't
… also been fixed
… a few little success stories and should write up at some point

richard: counter-styles is coming down the line for safari so all browsers will support (yay!)

fuqiao: what about the isolating stuff?

richard: yes
