… outcomes: could be working in this space, focused on learning, they probably don't know much about the W3C. We could start off with an overview and if anyone is interested they can join

gautier: Yes this is a good idea. I talked to universities here in France everyone thought it was a good idea but no one showed up.
… have lots of questions of interactivity of their books, they should join this group but didn't come.
… We still have to talk to the community who have real use cases. We may have at EDRLab have a smaller group to gather information and then bring this info to the Working Group.
Paul: Trying to cast a wider net.
… If this issue is interesting nice vs. must have how do we move forward. Maybe its not important to the community at large. seemed like it had traction but it doesn't seem to be getting the momentum we wanted.
… if the issues are there but not realy blocking people or affecting their mandates, well so be it.
… its in an EDT and late, so may be challenging for folks to join, but hopefully we get some use cases from that
