Criteria for determining fines by EDPB
Georg has ongoing work on the criterias specified for determining fines for GDPR based on the recent guidelines consultation by EDPB. This is early work and Georg will share it will the group at a later stage.

Resolution of Technology Concepts
The group agrees with the usefulness of these concepts.
There were concerns about the potential for this taxonomy to grow to a large size or to encapsulate various terms used for the same concepts. The rationale of the proposal is to provide a separate extension for this reason, and to choose one set of concepts for providing structure.
Julian had specific concerns about the expression of "Vulnerability" and "Vulnerability Exploitation" concepts because of the differences with how these terms are used (elsewhere).
These terms have now been merged under the common `Security` concept with variations for Detection, Prevention, Mitigation, and Monitoring.
The terms `DigitalService` and `OnlineService` have been removed as they do not relate to technologies and are covered by `TechnologyProvisionMethod` concept.
The terms `TrackingCookie` and `TrackingPixel` have been removed as they express the purpose (tracking) alongwith technology (cookie). Instead, the group agrees to provide only technologies within this technology and to have purposes specified through (main) DPV.
The term `PIMS` has been expanded to `PersonalInformationManagementSystem` to avoid ambiguity and confusion. The term `PersonalDataStore` has been removed as it expresses the same concept as and is a synonym for PIMS.
