McCool: no w3m meeting last week but there will be one today

Kaz: w3m can give us some short time to bridge any gaps

Marketing

McCool: please update your wiki pages to have a short intro. There is an issue about it in the marketing repo

Testing

McCool: we will talk about the testing but I have removed canonicalization and thus updated the report

fs: we have agreed on a plugfest date (7-11 Feb 2021) as well

McCool: if you have a conflict please notify us, we can change the date

McCool: the ITU-T webinar has a public url now

Kaz: we're requested to provide a summary report from the TPAC Plugfest

McCool: let's talk about that during the Plugfest call today

OPC-UA

Sebastian: we wanted to talk about this (OPCUA) in the use case call but had no time

EdgeX

McCool: as you know, farshid is now working on edgex

Lagally: we have looked at your MR on EdgeX use case but saw that you are waiting for feedback

McCool: I hadn't looked at it for a while so I am not sure if I am still aligned

Kaz: first note that I've just added a clarification to the minutes that Lagally's comment was about McCool's MR on EdgeX use case. And my own comment is that I sincerely would request we clarify the objectives for the OPC-UA liaison.

McCool: the general question is how WoT can be used in specific scenarios

Ege: what is the deadline 20.12 for?

Lagally: anything substantial for the Use Cases and Requirements document should come by then?

Lagally: everything is ready for review right now

Lagally: the document is about the requirements of others

Zoltan: cristiano did a PR about how to handle multiple subscriptions

McCool: we looked at oauth2 flows

McCool: we have decided to not have official context extensions. so you are on your own

Lagally: they have an interesting use case with a virtual thing that combines physical devices

Plugfest

McCool: got request from ECHONET to provide summary report from the TPAC Plugfest. We'll talk about that the Plugfest call later today.

McCool: we need two weeks of time between spec freeze and testing
