audiovisual connection
PWinstanley: We have moved from webex to zoom without significant discussion, but it's clear from the press that there are security concerns
… plh has provided the W3C information on this but there are still concerns and some member/s are unwilling to use zoom
<Caroline> https://www.w3.org/Guide/meetings/zoom.html
annette_g: even if we don't think that there are concerns, the fact that some people might not want to participate means that it is potentially damaging.
… we stopped using webex because there were connectivity / performance issues, perhaps these are resolved?
<AndreaPerego> Let's get back to WebEx. Meanwhile, we can look into other options.

DCAT
website
<Caroline> https://www.w3.org/2019/did-wg/
Caroline: plh was going to mock one up for DXWG, but I don't know if this has been done.
… The main issue raised was that it shouldn't be onerous and yet could be used for promoting the WG more widely
AndreaPerego: would a page like the did-wg onebe published on github and be changeable
PWinstanley: yes, it is and will be easy to alter
<Zakim> annette_g, you wanted to ask about a css fix
annette_g: it is a responsive design and alters to browser size, but the break point is very wide. we need to be aware of this and perhaps change it
riccardoAlbertoni: last time we also agreed that we would use the wiki for sharing agenda etc. The web site isn't all the content we would be presenting
Caroline: are we waiting for plh?
PWinstanley: makes sense to, then we can let others who haven't had chance to discuss join in
Action: plh to create a mock up web page along the lines of did-wg
<trackbot> Created ACTION-410 - Create a mock up web page along the lines of did-wg [on Philippe Le Hégaret - due 2020-04-14].
DCAT3
riccardoAlbertoni: as per last week there was a poll. Wednesdays at the same time as the general call or 1h later are the times in the frame. We are awaiting confirmation from Simon as to which is most suitable
Caroline: will he respond before the call next week?
riccardoAlbertoni: I think so
<riccardoAlbertoni> https://github.com/w3c/dxwg/issues/1197
riccardoAlbertoni: in this week we had progress on some issues -
… 1197 was a use case from Europeana, and there is a minor aspect for consideration - something to include in DCAT3
… we can close this issue and open a new one for the requirement to be addressed in DCAT3

riccardoAlbertoni: the other issue - #1128 is due for closing and it relates to our former usage of the word 'inheritance' that was not used appropriately for the context. Simon has provided new text which has been agreed as suitable
